lecture/speech 都有演讲的意思。
如果是未来发生的事，则用will be一般讲来时，已经发生过的就把“will be”改成“was”，没有说明是否发生过也可以用把“will be”改成“is”。
在10月21日：on October 21.(或者21写成21th，推荐答案的那位兄台恐怕把21号看成2号了)
