now some problems occur:
our first step in the process is applying which is skipped most of the time.this skipped process make some vital imformation absent and normal verification can not be continued.
after the discussion with lili,solutions has been considered:
you should submit application to tom and I before any activity. tom will decide if it can be wrote off or not and i will apply some related imformation to you,after that i hope every one would give a corresponding final report and arrange to transfer account or offset payment。
for that ,it will be more orderly and effectively to verification.
