随着中国的成外出口贸易大国，中国与西方的贸易往来也越发的频繁。因此，餐桌文化在商务交往中扮演着越来越重要的角色。我们不得不对餐桌文化有深刻的了解，以此来应对商务的宴请。餐桌文化可谓源远流长，据资料统计，至少在周代，中国的餐桌文化就已经拥有了一套很完善的制度。由于各国的历史文化底蕴不同，各国在进行商务交往中的就餐习惯也有不少的差异。为了提高我们的商务交往为了提高我们的跨文化交际能力，我们应该正确了解西方人的礼仪文化。
