但实际上，没有人会这么说，因为：语言以简洁为美。人都是懒惰的。实质上where
从句作名词性从句时，都是the

+where-从句省略了人人皆知的the

的结果。
状语从句也可以认为是省略了in/to/at
the
place的结果。
能用where
-从句表达的，为什么还要用一个介词+where-从句呢？
所以表达本句，要么用at

答：about后跟名词性从句。what,
which都可以跟名词表示“什么或哪一些”（衣服）
what
句意：关于你应该穿什么衣服，没有什么特殊的规定。
which句意：（在可选的几件衣服中）关于你应该穿哪一些衣服，没有特殊的规定。
从生活逻辑上，用what更合理。
