有从句的时候 ，实际是省略that的主语从句

出现两个谓语，如果它们的关系不是并列，那么这个句子中必有从句
The best thing （that）you can do is follow your heart.
可拆为you can do the best thing .
The best thing is follow your heart.
ps我觉得这里应该是following吧
