B. seem在定语从句中one of 结构有固定的用法 one of 前面没有修饰词则后面的谓语动词是原形 如果前面有修饰词则是v(s) one of后面的名词肯定是复数
比如 He is, however, one of those restless people who never seem content with his present enviroment
He is, however, the only one of those restless people who never seems content with his present enviroment
