针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕的研究进展
多囊卵巢综合证(PCOS)是常见的妇科内分泌疾病，其发病原因迄今未明，多表现为体内雄激素过多和持续无排卵状态。西医多采用直接促排卵治疗，但治疗效果不甚理想。而中医对本病的认识及治疗,在某些方面取得了一定的进展。
本文参考近十余年针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合症的文献，主要论述针灸在PCOS临床治疗上的应用，介绍了毫针疗法，电针疗法，针挑疗法，火针疗法，灸法等不同针灸方法及中药辅以针灸，中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究概况。
本文最后介绍了针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合症的机理研究进展，进一步说明了针灸疗法对PCOS的重要意义，并对今后的治疗做了期望和展望。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological endocrine diseases.It's causes has so far not clear，Most of the patients performance for the body of androgen excess and anovulatory status of ongoing.Western medicine often ovulation induction by direct.But the treatment is not good. The Chinese understanding and treating of this disease,in some ways has made some progress.
This paper presents a review the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and the research progress in the recent years covering various aspects such as acupuncture therapy,electro-axupuncture therapy pricking therapy,fire needle therapy,moxibustion therapy,combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine and so on.Mainly discussed the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion in the application of PCOS.
At the end of this paper, also explain the Research progress of acupuncture mechanism of PCOS,and give the deep expectance.
