How are you? I heard that you are going to take exams, here are some suggestions for you;
First, you should take exercise, try to be relaxed and don't be nervous.
Second, keep a balance diet. You should have a healthy lifestyle ang never stay up.
Third, try to balance work and rest. have some proper rest.
