一 注意事项
1.操作人员不准靠近出料口
2.运转时，严禁人工排料
3.本机器严禁前加料，否则损坏机器，制造商不负责
4.上班前要空车运转5分钟，以利于机器启动运转。
二 注意事项
减速箱润滑方式;油池飞溅
1.初次使用请加入润滑油
2请使用18号双曲线齿轮油
3.首次使用500小时需更换新润滑油，（放净污油）
4.勤检查油位，如因油位过低，造成涡轮磨损，轴承损坏，制造商概不负责
三 定期油位检查
请保持三联件油位在最低油位以上，以免导致压砣不能正常工作
润滑油请使用250号合成蜗轮蜗杆油

First,Note：
1. The operators are not allowed to close the discharge port.
2. When operating , non- artificial nesting.
3. This machine is prohibited before feeding, otherwise damage to the machine , the manufacturer is not responsible for.
4. Before running empty five minutes to get to work , in order to facilitate the machine starts running.
Second,considerations Gearbox lubrication ; oil pool splash：
1.The initial use , please join lubricants.
2.Use the 18th hypoid gear oil.
3.The first use of 500 hours required to be replaced with new oil, ( put the net waste oil ).
4.Check the oil level frequently , as a result of the oil level is too low , causing the turbine wear, bearing damage, the manufacturer shall not be liable.
Third, check the oil level on a regular basis :
1. Keep FRL oil level in the oil level is above the minimum , so as not to cause the ram is not working properly .
