Once in a while I feel bad in my study, but I find methods to pour it out.
Sometimes I do exercise, such as running, playing basketball. Exercise freshes my mind and let me forget the learning pressure that I go through. Sometimes I talk with my firends and families. When I tell them the bad feelings, I feel better. What's more, they will comfort me, which make me feel peaceful and happy. Last but not the least, I will focus on something else, like reading funny stories, put away the bed, help my parents to do the housework.
On the whole, I always try to make myself delighted and happy !
