CPA stands for Critical Path Analysis - its the critical dates that must
be acheived in order to make the delivery date.
For example in order for you to ship by 27th June what date would you
need to order bulk, need us to approve samples etc...I had added some
extra detail below.

First sample prototype approval - what date you need this by ?
Colour approval - what date you need us to approve the colour/design by
?
Pre- production sample approval and meeting - We need samples that we
can sign and send back to you so will need 2 of each style for approval,
we will then sign them and keep one sample ourselves and send one back
to you.what date do you need us to approve the pre-production sample?
First production sample star seal approval from first bulk. The sample
star seal is a sample from first production that needs to be approved by
us & set as the standard. What date do you need us to approve the first
production sample in order to meet the shipment date ?
Packaging approval - In order to meet the delivery date what date do you
need us to formally approve any packaging ?
Transit trial samples - these are fully packaged items sent as they
would be in bulk to make sure there are no issues.
Photographic samples needed by 20th Apr.
Bulk ordering date - what date will you need to order your bulk
materials in order to meet shipment?
Testing & bulk approval - what date will you need to test & have the
bulk approved ? our technologist Jas will explain more regarding
testing.
Bulk commencement date - what date will you need to start production in
order to meet the shipment date ?
First Bulk available - what date will the production complete ?
AQL visit date - what date will be goods be availble for AQL ?
Packing dates & and final production approval star seals - when are your
packing dates, and when can you provide final production samples.
Shipment Date - can you meet shipment by the end of June ?
