observe 与remark 在评论一义上的区别

observe和remark是两个不同的词, observe是 推断的意思 i observed that he is a open minded man. remark则是say的意思 而且是回答性质的say,,
比如
"ms.jones really had a good time yesterday"
"i wish i was there too, and we should have had major fun together" i remarked追问

但是observe也有说，评论的意思啊
