be suggested to do还是doing

suggest建议.后常接名词,-ing形式或that从句.
例如:
Jim suggested a plan for our work.吉姆对我们的工作提出了一个建议.
I suggested doing it another day.我建议改天做那件事.
The doctor suggested that I (should) come again next day.医生建议我第二天再来.
注意,suggest后that从句的谓语常用虚拟语气should do sth.(should也可以省略),如第三例.但也可以用其他形式,
例如:
(1)The man in the shop suggested that I might call again.(2)I suggest that you don`t ask him home .
但注意,当suggest解为"表明"时,不用虚拟语气.
例如:
His expression suggests that he didn`t sleep well last night.他的表情说明他昨晚没睡好.
