1.trade union is to exist in name only:
Although the trade is force to be established , the number of the member of this trade union is extremely small.Most importantly , they are not generally supported and approved by all of the Foxconn staff.Moreover , since the operation funds are not enough , hence it always controlled by the executive management.The routine work of the trade union is just buy train ticket for the employees.And the employees will never seek help from the trade Union

2.Work overtimne of most of the employee
According to the standard working hour system in China , everyone should work for 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. But because of the limit of some working properties , the working hour system can not be imposed . However if overtime work is required , consultation and discussion must be talked with the Trade Union.The overtime work hour should not exceed 3 hours per day and 36 hours per mouth. But the reflection from the employees that the hours of overtime work are 60-100 per week . Hence it really cause a great burden to the Foxcoon staff. Foxcoon only consider the benefits of the company , but never care the health of the employees .It should be corrected.

3.new employees are required to sign a new contract
This contract hinder the freedom of the employee such as signing the overtime work documents voluntarily and some training agreement. Since the new staffs are forced to obey the rules , they cannot break away from the limit , hence they always feel pressure and they mentally ill as a result.
