During the past 20 years there has been a growing interest in the concept of internal marketing (Sasser and Arbeit, 1976; George 1990:63-70;Ppiercy and Morgan,1991).It has been defined by berry (1981:272)as ‘viewing employees as internal customers, viewing jobs as internal products that satisfy the needs and wants of these internal customers while addressing the objectives of the organization’.

Most communication strategies adopt a staged approach, which brings a campaign to a climax at the launch, to achieve maximum appeal from all of the chosen submix elements.
