respect for和respect to的区别：

1、用法不同
respect to用法：respect for sb是向某人通过行动表达respect。to后面跟人，事物，或事件。
respect for用法：respect to sb是对某人心存respect，但不一定通过行动表达了。for后面跟尊敬的原因。
2、意思不同
respect to意思：尊重。
