I am a student.
I usually start with GREETING.Such as good moring teachers and fellow students.
Then, show people how appreciate you make this speech.
eg.It is my honor to standing here. /It's a rare opportunity for me to give a speech in front of you All. I am on behalf of (our members).You can change （）to the name of ur organization.
Today, I would like to share my opinions/views in ....<topic and the reasons why we need to eatablish a musuem. Also, you need to let them know you really neesd their support.This is the most important part of a speech.>
Don not forget to say THANK YOU when you finish ur speech.
