最成功的事应该说是人格上的自我完善，做人是做事的根本。我要述说的不是一件事，而是环境对我的影响，和我自己主动的改变。没有人是可以被别人完全理解的，所以不要要求别人对自己的牵就和容忍。也没有人是十全十美的，要懂得欣赏他人的优点。凡事都是有原因的，当别人对你做出不能理解的行为时，应当以豁达的心去包容。应该尊重，理解，关心和原谅更要对自己和他人负责任。用一颗平和的心来面对生活中时刻出现的挑战。

So, in continuing studying for the master's degree and devoting all heart and soul to the undertaking, I have chosen the latter firmly. I value this chance very much, hope that can incorporate enterprises by oneself, create an achievement translated into the work through struggling, create contribution for enterprises, it is family, friend and person in need of help of me at the same time.

The efficiency and the battlefront information for today's fast developing is very important.Devoting to practicing to work will be more pertinence to improve the worthiness of myself to the whole company in the same two years.
