Everyone wish he has a strong body，but it’s lifestyle that depends on whether a man is healthy or not.
For my part,I'm leading a very healthy lifestyle，so in my summer holiday. During the holiday,I always do exercise,such as playing basketball,going skating and so on.Every single day ,I eat various fruits and fresh vegetables and drink milk three times a week.I say no to junk food,just eat them once a week.I seldom drink coffee，because it do harm to normal sleeping,so every night I sleep for nine hours.sometimes I watch my favourite shows on TV on Saturday and Sunday.So it's sure that I will prepare a strong body for the new term.本回答被网友采纳
