I think there are three factors which are essential.Firstly,to create a good imprssion for your workmates you first met in your workplace are extremely important because it would decide whether other people think that you are a nice person to get on or not.Secondly,enthusiasm is also an irreplaceable aspect which need to be taken into consideration because no one would like to work with a person who is boring and serious in speech and manner and lack of enthusiam may cause an inefficient progress on your job.Lastly,to be hard-working is definitely another quality which the newcomer to a job should possess.People would always appreciate the person who is always diligent and active in completing his job or accpeting new challenges in his job which require a admirable diligence.
