Studied under greenhouse conditions, celery leaf photosynthetic performance of enhanced UV-B radiation adaptive response. The results showed that: celery leaf photosynthetic pigment content decreases with the accumulation of radiation effects, chlorophyll a / b value increased with the increase in radiation intensity. Celery leaf Pn, Gs, Tr, WUE values are extended with the irradiation time and intensity increases. Pn and Gs was significantly positive correlation with the Ci are not related to enhanced UV-B radiation on photosynthesis of celery by non-stomatal limitation factors. Celery can adapt to long-term mild (0.2W/m2) UV-B radiation, but severe radiation (0.8W/m2) severely reduced the net photosynthetic rate of celery leaves so that the "midday depression" time extension of up to 3h.
