nowadays as there're more and more undergraduates,how to be a qualified one has become a topic that is worth discussing.i think we should learn to be a real man before be an undergraduate.it is also very important to cope with the relationship between teachers and us students.moreover,we ought to be diligent in our study and participate in more social practice to train ourself.

Now,the academicians become more and more in the social,we should discuss the subject of how to be a measure up one.I think we must learn to be a man before be a academician.and it is also necessary to handle with the relationship between the students and the teachers.Then we must study hard,join in more practice to work out.
