Dear Li Hua,
In your last letter you said you didn’t want to have breakfast,I think this is not good for your healthy. Your can not first out of spirits without eating breakfast and it will lead you to be ill after a long term. So I strongly recommend that you eat breakfast, and have a science of recipes such as a glass of milk ,a piece of bread and so on.Hope you have a good eating manner.
