美国的谋杀罪主要分为一级谋杀和二级谋杀.
一级谋杀也就是蓄意谋杀,直接追求被害人死亡,
情节十分恶劣.相当于中国的[直接故意]
二级谋杀有点类似于放任被害人死亡,
对被害人的死亡结果不是直接的追求,比方说,为了杀甲而放火烧屋子,
不想到乙也在屋子里,结果被一起烧死了,
则构成一个一级谋杀和一个二级谋杀.相当于中国的故意杀人罪（间接故意）

(a) General rule - An offense defined by this title for
which a sentence of death or of imprisonment is authorized
constitutes a crime. The classes of crime are:
(l) Murder of the first degree or of the second degree.
(2) Felony of the first degree.
(3) Felony of the second degree.
(4) Felony of the third degree.
(5) Misdemeanor of the first degree.
(6) Misdemeanor of the second degree.
(7) Misdemeanor of the third degree.
(b) Classification of crimes -
(1) A crime is a murder of the first degree or of the
second degree if it is so designated in this title or if a
person convicted of criminal homicide may be sentenced in

designated in this title or if a person convicted thereof
