I have a healthy lifestyle, and this morning I usually get up at six thirty, and then run ten minute walk, then eat a Fried Eggs, two slices of whole wheat bread and a cup of milk. I most likes food is beef, so my lunch is a lot of vegetables and beef. After that I eat some fruit. In the evening, I am a fish and soup for dinner. I can't eat too much, it will gain weight.
