unlock the iPhones which have been used on our network. If you've
purchased it from us, I'd request you to use a O2 SIM card in it and

If you've purchased the iPhone from someone, I'd request you to ask the
owner of the iPhone (from you've purchased) to contact us directly.
Please ask him to reply to this email with the following security
information for his account:
- O2 Pay Monthly Number
- O2 Account Number
- IMEI number
- Registered name on the account.
Once we receive the above information from him, we'll verify it with the
information on his account. Once done, we'll be happy to help you with
your query.
