The judge by consent ordered thay the petitioner do pay the Respondent at the rate of HK100 per annum being the nominal maintenance for the respondent upon granting of the decree absolute during the joint lives of the parties or until the respondent's remarriage;whichever is the shorter
And the Judge by consent further ordered that there be no order as to costs of this suit.
And the Judge further declared that the Court is satisfied that there are no children of the family to whom Section 18 of the Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance,Cap.192 applies
