本课题主要对华阳油库输油泵站进行设计。根据输油泵站设计任务书及提供的相关原始资料，依据《石油库设计规范》，《油库设计与管理》等规范及油库泵房建设的相关规定，结合油库实际情况，完成了铁路装卸油系统的水力计算以及管道、泵、电机及放空设备选型等工作。在设计过程中，坚持“符合规范、安全可靠、留有发展”的原则，使得整个工艺设计方案先进可靠、便于管理，较好地完成了设计任务。
