Due to previous problems air conditioning mechanical and electrical drawings and weakness, property audit have not been able to pass, cause delays in construction, construction personnel and thus causing the delay time limit for a project, property and 26 through audit, 27, to allow workers to enter the site construction, so need to delay time limit for a project on April 27, 2013 - May 31, 2013, according to the contract date 35 days to complete.
