1 正式写作中别用缩写
这条规则略坑，因为究竟多正式才算正式很难说清。请参考以下几个场景：
(1) 法律文件：千万别用
一些美国公务员建立了一个网站，呼吁人们在公文中说人话。使用缩写正是其中的提议之一。
但是，这毕竟只是极少数人的声音。如果不想表现的过于另类，请千万不要在公文或法律文件中使用缩写。
(2) 学术论文：最好别用
