XXi的工程师接到销售代理商电话，自行到医院看机器，做质检，结果不慎弄坏机器的板子。此事由XX继续追踪，要查清该工程师为何会在接到销售代理商电话后，未接XX方面的派工，就自行前往医院做质检，具体原因要找出来。
XX最近保养方面出的问题比较多，保养时后盖未上紧，吸尘器盒子留在现场等等，也造成机器的一些问题。此事由XX继续追踪，查明该问题到底是保养的时候造成，还是之后移机的时候造成。如XX在保养质量和流程方面确实存在问题，要督促其进行整改。
这两件事一定要找出根源，防患于未然。STDC未来会先往NNS模式去做，如果NNS模式不成功，现有代理商模式也必须要做一定的更改，让代理商往更良性的方向去发展。同时，两位OM一定要多跟代理商多接触，同时也要和地区RM，代理商服务的客户多接触，多了解他们的真实想法，方便进一步开展工作。今后两位OM的工作范围也会以地区来划分。
