We will leave from HongKong airport by morning of 13th, June and arrive around 10:05. We will go to your school by taxi, may have to handle all the procedures only by the afternoon.
Now I have some questions: Can I go the admissions office for payment and exam issues? And after exam finished, who should I contact with? Can you kindly inform the procedures briefly?

I will depart from Hong Kong airport on 13 June, predict that I will be arrived at 10:05 to X airport. Directly, I will take a taxi to the school.(Predict only available to register for the entre test formalities in the afternoon)
I wonder that
Should I directly go to the enrollment centre to pay the fee?
After the test, who should I contact with?
Can you please provide a simple sequence of processes?

I will leave Hongkong (International Airport) in the morning of June 13, and expected to arrive at X airport at 10:05. I will take a taxi to the University of yours directly from the airport ( it is expected that I can only make the application/registration for the entrance examinations in the afternoon).
Please kindly advise: 1). Should I go to the admissions office to make payment and apply for the entrance examinations? 2). Whom shall I contact with after the examinations? Would you please kindly tell me briefly about the procedures?
