摘要
美国次贷危机对世界金融业尤其是美国商业银行消费信贷业务产生了重要影响，其根本原因是银行对资信程度不高的借款人过度发放住房按揭贷款。而我国商业银行自1997年开展消费信贷业务以来，虽然发展速度与规模增长较快，但在风险防范方面尤为欠缺。而次贷危机中暴露出的风险管理问题对我国商业银行有很大的启示意义，通过分析研究次贷危机发生机理及事后各方面的应对措施，结合我国商业银行消费信贷业务现状及特点，对我国商业银行在消费信贷业务风险管理上提出一些可行性建议，争取把该风险降至可接受程度内的最低层面，从而促进我国商业银行消费信贷业务健康有序的发展。
本文通过对我国商业银行消费信贷业务的不同种类进行综合分析研究，采用对比分析、文献分析、数据查询分析等方法，总结出我国商业银行消费信贷风险管理中存在的问题，结合美国次贷危机对我国商业银行消费信贷风险管理的启示，提出适合于我国商业银行消费信贷风险管理的具体措施，从而得出本文结论。

This paper made a comprehensive analysis on the different types of consumer credit business of commercial banks in China, using comparative analysis, literature analysis, data analysis, summed up the commercial bank consumer credit risk management in our country, with the United States subprime mortgage crisis on credit risk management of commercial bank consumption in China, which is suitable for the on the specific measures of credit risk management of commercial bank consumption in China, thus draws the conclusion.
