a time to do和it is time to do和a time for doing的区别：
a time to do是做某事的时候了
it is time to do到做某事的时间了
a time for doing做某事的时间
It's time to do sth.= It's time for sth.从语法的角度看：It's time for doing sth.是正确的,但英语中经常用到“ 该做某事了,到了该做某事的时候了”,要用：It's time to do sth.（ 动词不定式）,或：It's time for sth.(for+ 名词）
