1.Full set of clean shipped on board ocean bill of lading drawn or endorsed to the order of Habib Bank AG Zurich,showing beneficiary as shipper,marked notify applicant and issuing bank,bearing our credit number,showing freight prepaid,Name,address and telephone numbers of shipping agent at destination must also apprear on bill of lading
2.Insurance covered by applicant.All shipment under this credit must be advised by beneficiary within 5 working days from shipment date directly by fax or post or courier to M/S Alliance Insurance(PSC) P.O.Box 3266,Abu Dhabi,UAE and to the applicant referring to open policy or cover no 88912 giving full detail of shipment.A copy of each of above advices and the postal registration receipts or fax transmission report or courier receipt to accompany the original set of documents.
Instruction to Payg/Accptg/Negotg Bank
1.The amount of each negotiation must be endorsed on the reverse of this credit and negotiating bank must certify the same on the covering schedule.
2.Negotiation under reverse strictly not allowed
3.If this LC is negotiated by a bank other than the advising bank the negotiating bank is to certify on the covering schedule that advising bank charges are paid.
4.This Documentary Credit issued is subject to UCP600
Additional conditions
1.If discrepant documents presented USD100.0 or equivalent will be deducted from proceeds.
全套正本已装船清洁提单凭Habib Bank AG Zurich的指示，或背书成凭Habib Bank AG Zurich的指示，显示受益人为托运人，notify为开证申请人，提单显示信用证号码与freight prepaid，显示目的地船公司代理的地址电话

1.文件上任一不符处将造成$100.00扣除。
2.Insurance涵盖applicant.All装运根据本信贷必须告知受益人在5个工作日内从装运日期直接通过传真或邮寄或快递到米/秒联合保险（力晶）邮政信箱3266 ，阿布扎比，阿联酋和申请人指的是开放的政策或支付任何88912充分详细shipment.A每份上述通知和登记的邮政收据或传真发送报告或快递收据陪同原来一套文件。
投稿Payg / Accptg / Negotg银行
1 ，每笔谈判必须上批注扭转这种信贷和议付银行必须证明同样的覆盖时间表。
2.Negotiation下扭转严禁
3.If这是谈判的信用证的银行以外的通知银行谈判，以保证银行的覆盖日程通知银行支付费用。
4.This信用证发出是受UCP600
附加条件
1.If差异提交的文件USD100.0或同等学历将扣除收益。
