怎么解决电话活动在com.android.phone进程中无响应

此前经常受这个问题困扰，在网上搜到的解决方式如下，经本人试用OK!

1. Switch off Phone
2. Remove the Sim Card (Carrier A)
3. Start your phone without the Sim Card
4. Search for Network (At this point of time, you must get it working as normal, it will show you the Carriers - including A)
5. Select Carrier A (make sure its selected), wait 30 seconds, then Select Automatic
6. Switch Off Phone
7. Insert Sim Card Carrier A Start Phone
