运行ANSYS的Mechanical APDL Product Launcher时出现以下错误新手求知道的教下该怎么处理

Could not create the file requied to detemine which products are to be displayed in the License dropdown list.
Path:C:\Users\ASUS\AppData\Local\Temp\anslauncher_products120_ASUS_0.xml
Error:ERROR:Unable to retrieve licensed site preference information
上面的‘Users’在我的电脑里是中文‘用户’这个好像改不了英文吧

我也遇到过这种情况，可以打开任务管理器—>服务—>找到“ANSYS.Inc.License Manager“，鼠标右键点击，选择“停止服务”，待确认该服务停止后，再点击右键，选择“启动服务”，ansys即可正常运行。
