人际交往能力就是在一个团体、群体内的与他人和谐相处的能力，人是社会的人，很难想象，离开了社会，离开了与其他人的交往，一个人的生活将会怎样？有人存在，必须与人交往。当我们走上社会的时候，我们会与各种各样的人物打交道，在与人交往中，你能否得到别人的支持、帮助，这里就会涉及到自身能力的问题。我以为，我们在校学习期间，就要培养自己与同学、与教师、与领导、与职工打交道的能力。与同学交谈，可以论争不同的学术观点，可以谈对社会现象的不同认识，在论辩中提高自己的思辩能力；与老师交谈，可以交流读书心得，理清不同的思想认识，可以从中受到启迪；与领导交谈，可以充分交流自己对问题的不同见解，也许可以锻炼自己在领导面前不怯场；与职工打交道，你可以了解到他的工作状况和不同的心态。善于与人交际，你会从中学到很多书本上学不到的东西
The importance of forstering socializing skill
Socializing skill is the ability of communicating with other people within a group or a community. People are community animals. It is hard to imagine that what would someone's life would be like when he stay away from the society and stay away from communicating with other people?
If there are people then there must be communication. When we first stepped into the society, we would have to communicate with all kinds of people. When you are socializing, will you get other people's support and help? Here will involve of one's own abilities. In my opinion, when we are in school, we should start learning to communicate with our classmates, teachers, leaders and school's other staffs. When talking to classmates, you can debate on our different academic points of view. You can talk about our different understanding of the social phenomenon. It could improve our thinking and analyzing abilities through arguments. Talking to teachers, we can exchange our learning ideas. Correct the understanding of different thoughts. And you can gain inspiration from it. Talking to leaders can fully exchange our different opinions about problems. From that we also can learn to overcome our stage fright. When talking to the staff, you can understand the working environment and their different attitude towards work. Good in communicating with other people can learn a lot more things, which you cannot learn from school lessons and from books.

The importance of educating interpersonal skills
Interpersonal skills is the ability which can get along well with others among a group .As a member of the society,it is hard to imagine what one's life will be like if he leave the society,leave the communication with people.You have to communicate with people as long as they exist.When we step into the society,we may communicate with all kinds of characters.

In my opinion,in the time of school,we should educate the skill of communicating with classmates,teachers,leaders and staffs.
We can talk about different opinions,the thoughts of society phenomenon,improve our identifiable ability with our classmates.We know what we learned in books,know consideration and realize a lot from talking to teachers.We talk about different opinions of problems with leaders,we may get over the problem that we'll be shy in front of them.We realize staffs' situation and their minds by communicating with them.
You will learn a lot that you can't get from the books if you are good at interpersonal abilities.

The comminication skill is the ability who can get on well with others in a team or a group.All people are socialized,so it is hard to imagine how one can suvrive without society or other people.Humanbeing have to communicate with each other from the time it existed .We need to communicate with all kinds of pelple once we are in a society.and it is about personal ability whether one can get help and support from others during communication.In my opinion,we need to cultivate the ability of communicating with our schoolmates,teachers,leaders and other staff in school time.With schoolmates,we can argue the different opinions on study and on what happened in society ,which helps to improve our abilities about thinking and argument;With teacher,we can talk about our understandings on academic to tidy up our knowledge and can be inspired from it;With leader,we can exchange diferrent ideas on some issues ,and perhaps we can become used to talking with leaders without shy;With other staff,we can much better understand their work and thouht.
