应该翻译成地区我觉得比较好，英国人自己也不管这些地方叫country，就用area我觉得就行。一般管英国叫Great Britain，或者UK吧，当然因为GB和UK的范围不一样，所以要注意以下你翻译的对象是否在北爱尔兰。
