介词短语做状语是不是就是状语从句的省略形式啊
不定式等非谓语动词做后置定语是不是定语从句的省略啊？
The IASB says it does not want to act without overall planning,but the pressure to fold when it comletes it reconstruction of rules later this year is strong .
without overall planning原本是不是状语从句啊，省略到这样子的啊
to fold 原本是不是定语从句啊？？？
