How to keep healthy.

We need a good health,but how to keep?

First,we should have a good habit:go to bed early and get up early,not stay up and have enough sleeping.

Secondly,we need to eat healthy food,such as vegetables and fruits and do not eat so much meat.Water is important and we should drink enough everyday.keeping a habit to wash hands before meals.

Go to sport often and do not smoke and do not throw rubbish anywhere.

Finally,if you do not feel good,it'd better go to see a doctor right now.

How to keep healthy
How to health? The first to have good habit, early to bed and early to rise, do not stay up late, there are plenty of sleep. Eat healthy food, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat less meat. Often exercise, don't smoke, don't litter. Drink enough water everyday, to develop good habits, such as washing hands before meals. If feel the body is uncomfortable, you had better see a doctor immediately.
