作为一个老师,首先我觉得我有义务去教好我的学生,关于19章得知识,我会尽可能的让他们学到更多。

As a teacher,first of all, I feel it my duty to do my best to teach my students.As for the knowledge in Chapter19,I will try all I can to help my students learn as much as possible.

Secondly,I have sorted out the key teaching points.While teaching,I intend to conduct my lessons with various ways and adust my teaching methods timely according to different students,classes and different characters of the students.

In Chapter19,we will mainly deal with "Controlling".The teaching and learning will be conducted in the form of wonderful class activities. Students will be divided into 10 groups and then they will be given some time to preview this chapter.The next week,I will design some questions and problems about the key points in the chapter and let the students compete to answer them in groups.Those groups with high scores in the answering contest in class will be given higher marks and some small gifts as rewards.

Then ,each group will have to interpret what "Controlling" is according to the understanding. For example,they may act out the process and the ways to control the order during the class ; or act out how to control the employees for an employer.The class actvities can be
carried out in such forms as drama plays or RAP etc so as to give expression to their understanding . In the end, I will sum up the key teaching points in Chapter 19,correct some possible mistakes and give comments on the students' assignment and encourage them .

If all the class perform quite well ,I will give each student some additional marks and a small gift.If the whole class perform just so- so with only one winning group ,I will allow them some time left to do some exercises to consolidate the involved knowledge.

as a teacher,i think i have obligations to teach my students well.i will make my students get more knowledge in Chapter 19.
then, i will sort out the key knowledge.i will change my teaching methods combined with the different characteristics of the students. and i will take different methods with different class and different students.
chapter 19,we will talk about the control.all students will be divided into 10 groups. i will give them time to preview.the next week i will set some questions for them to vies in the class. the best group will get higher scores and also some material rewards.
then every group interpret their understanding of control with their own forms.For example,play the means and process of a classroom control class atmosphere.or play a manager how to control employees.they can interpret their understanding by different form,just like drama, comedy,and RAP.at last,i will summarize the chapter 19,and correct the mistakes,comment their homework,and give they encourage.

Secondly, I will collect up all the key points in Chapter 19. Combining different characteristics with different students and changing my teaching methods timely, I will take disparate measures to deal with different classes and students.
What we are going to talk about in Chapter 19 is control. We will start our learing in the way of wonderful group activities. I will divide them into 10 groups and ask each group to preview Chapter 19. I will set up some questions on some questions for them to race to answer by group in class the next week. The group which gets the highest score will get higer final marks and be rewarded with some little material gifts.
Then each group should express their comprehension to control in their own way. Such as, acting out the process and means in which they try to keep the class in order,or how a manager to control his employees. They can carry out in any forms they want to, such as plays, opusculums or RAP and so on. The point is no more than to give expression to their understanding. At last, I will summarise the key poits in Chapter 19 ,corrrect some errors, estimate their homework and encourage them.
If the whole class behave well, I'll give each one extra marks and a little gift for reward. Otherwise, there will be only one winning group. If there is some time left, I will ask them to do some exercise to consolidate what they will have learned in this class. Thank you!
