With technological advances becoming faster and faster in our society, computers has become an integral part of our world. It started from doing simple calculations to surpassing the human intellect in our age. At the beginning, computer seemed to be very beneficial and pose no threats to the society, but unfortunately, the fact is not so. With computers becoming more and more powerful, many companies and factories had adopted these new technologies to accomplish the manual tasks for their impeccable accuracy and speed, thus replacing many workers. People lost their jobs and this hurt the economy even more. Another problem with computers is the new cyber crimes, where criminals can use technology for identity and bank account thefts, hurting other computer users. These crimes are hard to ban because nearly everyone has a computer, and the internet is so vast that it is hard to trace the criminal. Computers also pose health risks if overused, peole who sit in front of the computer all day may develop many health risks such as fatigue, poor eyesight, and shoulder pains.

Computer bring us multitudes of benefits, such as time-saving and a large sum of shared information. Nonetheless, when computer becomes more and more popular in varied areas, it has caused several negative effects as well.
Many people complain that computer caused s serious unemployment problem because the machine manipulated by computer occupied countless working position.
