A-Dr. Smith, I am 张三. Can I know when is the most convenient time for you?
B-We can make it 2:00 p.m this afternoon. if that is convenient for you.
A-Thank you Dr. Smith, But I am sorry I have no time this afternoon, I have class this afternoon.
B-OK, how about the day after tomorrow, I mean Friday, is that convenient for you?
A-I'm sorry I can't manage this week except tomorrow, can we make it next week if tomorrow is not convenient for you, is that OK?
