occur 没有您说的这种用法；
如果想表达“致使某人 .... ”不妨使用 force/ cause sb. to do sth 或 make sb. do sth.
occur 作为不及物动词时，有发生、出现的意思；
~ to sb come into (a person's mind) 想到; 想起
An idea has occurred to me. 我有主意了.
* Did it ever occur to you that...? ie Did you ever think
that...? 你可曾想到...?
* It never occurred to her to ask
anyone. 她从未想到问问他人.
