1、可能有病毒。2、下载的或者正在运行的文件不完整，是损坏文件，建议重新下载
3、如果没病毒可用/NCRC命令跳过检测：
开始菜单→运行→输入cmd，点确定，会出现黑色类似DOS的窗口
在此窗口中输入：start
(空格)安装文件目录例如F:\新建文件夹\steup.exe然后在最后输入：(空格)/NCRC，最后按下Enter(回车)。安装文件重新启动，安装……………
