其实是没有什么区别的，。只是有时按场景不同时来用.

be unable to do sth. "不能做某事",可以用be not able to do sth.替换.
He is unable to walk. = He isn't able to walk.
他不能走路.
或He can't walk.
He is unable to walk. = He isn't able to walk.
他不能走路.
或He can't walk.
