the parties accept and agree to the provisions in ICC Publication No.619,ICC Model Occasional Intermendiary Contract with regards to all and everone of the parties Intermediary Contract with regards to all and everyone of parties,including intermediaries,involved in this transaction and contact,additions,renewals,and third party assignments,will full reciprcation for a period of (2) Two yesrs from the date of execution of this contract.this clause is extensive to all subsidiaries and or affiliated companies. it is further agreed that any information of buyer and seller contained in this agreement is to be held in the strictest confidence,and any violation of which will resolute in the immediate cancellation of this agreement.the parties in the MFPA, if any,are also bound by the same terms and subject to the provisions in ICC Publication No. 619 ICC Model Occasional Intermediary Contract with regards to all and everyone of the parties, including intermendiary Contract with regards to all and everyone of the parties, including intermediaries,involved in this transaction and contract,additions,renewals,and third party assignments,with full reciprocation for a period of(2) Two years from the date of execution of this contract!!
