at the same time和during the same time 的用法

at the same time强调在某一个时间点，某分某秒某一天某个月这种时间点，
而during the same time强调某一个时间段，在某个期间。可能我解释的不是特别严格，就像at night ，意思是在晚上，而during night就是在夜间（晚上这一期间）。
