07年嘉士伯冰纯上市时对天津百威夜场的冲击很大尤其是在量贩式渠道,因为去量贩式的都是比较年轻的消费者他们对品牌的忠诚度较差,所以店方在和酒商谈合同时只看重产品的价格,当时百威各种包装的定价在都要比嘉士伯高出很多如果加大投入的话又会影响整个市场,尤其是嘉士伯冰纯虽然定价高但是投入很大因此当时在天津量贩式渠道已经占据了80%的份额。于是我在做了各种市场调研和产品分析后向公司申请加大百威冰啤的投入,之所以选择了冰啤是因为百冰威啤在之前已经上市了3年,有了一定消费群体且定位高端,因为一直没有投入所以在天津夜场销量不大,加大它的投入既不会影响到整个市场也可以使店方获得较大的利润。在得到公司的同意后并经过了我的努力对嘉士伯造成了有力的打击。现在百威在天津量贩式渠道已经占据了90%的份额。
